Mission trip leader meeting

Hey Leaders, we need to meet.

 

I was wondering if we could get together this Sunday, July 25th, right after Church. (12pm). I would like to meet with you for 10-15 minutes and go over information and stuff.

 

Trip Responsibilities:

          Sue Pugmire       Kuna/Utah Contact Person, Female sponsor/helper & Dinner Cook          (Alternate Van Driver)

          Ben Moore          Van Driver & Trailer Puller & Guys sponsor/helper & Tech Guy (Video equipment)

          Rick Severson    Suburban Driver, Breakfast Cook, Guys sponsor/helper & “Bouncer” J

          Dewey A.             Trip Leader & ‘Clean Up’ Batter J           (Alternate Van Driver)

 

          Teens:                 VBS workers, Work Day Slaves, Assistant Cooks, Church clean up team (everyday) etc. etc.

Mission trip funds as of July 19th

Hello All You Missionaries!

 

14 Days & Counting!      We leave August 1st right after the 2nd service… 1pm!

 

I have attached an updated youth funds list. We have 8 teens ‘Paid in Full’ for the trip. Please check the list and see where you are.

 

Important ‘Stuff’

 

1.      We need all the money brought in by this Sunday, July 25th

2.    We need all missionaries in Sunday school this Sunday to go over assignments

3.    We are having a “30+ Hour Famine” this weekend; it can help raise money for those who are short.  (Friday 5pm to Saturday 6pm)

I handed out a yellow sheet of paper explaining the 30+ Hour Famine, yesterday in Sunday school, parents did you see it?

4.    A Packing List will be handed out this Sunday; we have limited room, so please pack light.

5.    Sue Pugmire mentioned a care kit for mission’s projects, please bring yours in.

6.    Any questions, I am at the office this week and you can call me at my house after 7pm at night. Phone # 288-2212

 

Keep on praying, we can’t do it with out the Holy Spirit’s help!

Parents & Youth Mission trip funds raised

Hello All Missionaries!

 

As of July 7th 2010, here is the break-down of the funds raised for the August mission trip; I put it in the attachment. For those who were ‘bought’ in the Slave Auction, you need to be working for your ‘buyer’s’ and bringing in the money to the church office. (It’s up to you.) The total is with the slave auction amount in. (But not all have brought that money to me.) The Bold print, under Slave auction column, indicates those who need to bring that amount in.

 

We have at least 2 more fundraisers, the “48 Hour Famine” and another car wash. I am working on dates and times for both.
